What does "soutien" mean?

"Soutien" comes from the French and means "support". For us, soutien staff are quiet carers with an attitude - not loud, not over people, but at their side.

Your tasks as a soutien staff member

- Support after birth, hospitalisation, in old age or in difficult life situations

- Household-related tasks: Laundry, shopping, tidying up

- Accompaniment to appointments and conversations

- Relief for relatives through everyday structure and orientation

Not a care service, not a classic helper, but an attentive companion with presence and attitude.

What we offer you

- Remuneration from €14.00/hour, plus extras

- Socially valuable work with respectful recognition

- Contract with legal protection

- Optional: company vehicle for private use

- Trust instead of pressure to perform

- Mobility is required. Driving licence required

- Deployment in your region with a willingness to deputise in the surrounding area

Your assignment with us

- Working days - no weekends or public holidays

- Flexible hours: mornings or afternoons possible

- Support from team and coordination
