We are looking for a full-time all-rounder to join our team with immediate effect with the following varied range of tasks:

- General caretaking activities (changing light bulbs, checking technical equipment, cleaning, rubbish bin service)
- Looking after, maintaining and checking the overall condition of the properties as well as the outdoor facilities, garages and parking spaces
- Looking after and maintaining the gardens and green areas
- Carrying out lawn mowing work - minor horticultural work (laying lawns, Planting hedges, creating flower beds, adding bark mulch, minor paving work, renewing terraces, pruning/maintenance)
- Carrying out minor repairs (installing overhead door closers, changing bell plates, replacing locks and cylinders) - Painting work, possibly drywall construction, if necessary Cleaning stairwells and common areas as a holiday replacement
- Machine maintenance of the company's own tools and machines (lawn mowers, brush cutters, scarifiers, blowers, washing vehicles inside and outside - winter service

You bring with you:

- Very good to good written and spoken German language skills - Enjoy craftsmanship
- Driving licence B car (or former class 3) REQUIRED, optional BE
- Independent work, conscientious handling of machines, flexibility, team player, reliability
- Service-oriented thinking and willingness to lend a hand
