As Housekeeping Manager at Josef Haus in Solingen, you will take on a responsible management role for 13 employees. You will manage the housekeeping, cleaning and technical departments, organise processes and act as the central interface between the departments. Your tasks

- Managing and motivating an experienced housekeeping team in a senior care facility
- Organising rosters, training new employees and personnel planning
- Responsibility for staff selection, Recruitment and budget planning
- Contact person for ordering and responsibility for financial planning in the area of housekeeping
- Management and control of external service providers in the area of cleaning and ensuring hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility
- Responsibility for organising parties and celebrations

What you need
Must-have criteria:

- Completed training in housekeeping, hotel management or a degree in oecotrophology or a comparable qualification
- Ability to motivate and lead a team and successfully implement housekeeping processes
- Organisational talent in rostering and event management
- Confident use of common PC applications and the ability to quickly and independently familiarise yourself with new programs

Can-do criteria:

- Management experience
- Experience with Lotus Notes or Orbis duty roster
