Job description
Are you an organisational talent with experience in housekeeping? Then we look forward to welcoming you as Deputy Housekeeping Manager at the Memory Centre Neuss! Working a 30-hour week, you will support the team and deputise for the housekeeping manager when you are absent. You will work with 27 dedicated employees in a specialised facility for people with dementia. Varied tasks and responsibilities

- Assumption of regular housekeeping duties in the Memory Centre, including weekends and pro rata holidays
- Support and deputising for the housekeeping manager in their absence
- Mainly working early shift from 07:00 am
- Room for manoeuvre: contribute actively and creatively to the housekeeping processes

Your profile - What you should bring

Must criteria (essential):

- Previous practical experience in housekeeping is a prerequisite
- Experience in helping the elderly, ideally in dealing with people suffering from dementia
- Sense of responsibility: you are happy to take on responsibility and reliably represent the housekeeping manager
- Ability to work in a team: You are friendly, reliable and resilient and enjoy working in a team
- Self-organisation: you can organise yourself well and keep a clear head even in stressful situations

Can criteria (desirable):

- Training in housekeeping or catering
- Creativity: you like to contribute your own ideas and enjoy actively shaping processes
