a BUSINESS MANAGER (m/f/d)

The area of responsibility includes:

- Management and organisation of a 900 ha arable farm
- Crop planning, input planning
- Purchase and sale of agricultural products and inputs
- Submission of funding and agricultural subsidy applications
- Documentation of all measures in accordance with operational and legal requirements
- Employee management and work organisation
- Future-oriented further development of the farm

You have:

- A completed agricultural education (technical college/university) and/or ideally several years of practical experience
- A high level of technical understanding and practical experience in dealing with agricultural technology
- Leadership experience and the ability to work in a team
- Sound business management skills (budgeting, Investment calculation, controlling)
- Knowledge of agricultural law and subsidies is an advantage
- A T driving licence and certificate of competence in plant protection
- Knowledge of regional agricultural structures and their socio-political challenges
