We are looking for a caretaker (m/f/d) for the Karlsruhe site.

Your tasks

- Care and maintenance of the buildings and outdoor facilities, in particular: Lawn mowing, removal of leaves, weeds and other green growth, cleaning of paths, driveways and car parks, monitoring of waste disposal and cleanliness of outdoor areas, Gritting and clearing service in winter
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
- Checking the building services and general support with operational processes

Your profile

- Experience in caretaking services, garden and landscape maintenance or building management desirable
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Reliability, commitment and physical resilience
- Driving licence class B required
