We are looking for motivated

employees (f/m/d) for
measurement and invoicing

to handle our challenging projects in the greater Stuttgart area.

Your area of responsibility:

You will be part of a construction manager team and responsible for the timely execution of measurement and invoicing of construction sites. You will digitally prepare the quantity and mass calculations as well as invoices for our construction projects.
You will act as an interface to our responsible site managers and support them in work preparation and project planning. Before and during the construction phase, you will carry out surveying work and visit the construction sites on site.
Assigning the invoiced services to the items in the service specifications and recognising deviations will also be part of your tasks, as will digital construction site documentation and compiling billing statements for progress and final invoices.

Your requirements profile:

You have successfully completed the technician or master craftsman school specialising in gardening and landscaping, alternatively you are a draftsman with CAD knowledge and practical work experience.

You have good knowledge of using surveying equipment such as Trimble, Rover or similar devices.

You are interested in digital topics such as BIM (ISL) and modern work preparation.
You have experience with construction-specific IT applications.

Sure handling of MS Office, good written and spoken German and a class B driving licence are prerequisites for the job.
