Clerk (m/f/d)
"KULAP"
to be filled in Unit 52 "Area and animal-related payments" for a fixed term up to and including 31 December 2029 at the Sömmerda office. Further employment is possible/planned if EAFRD funding continues in a subsequent period.
About the Thuringian State Office for Agriculture and Rural Areas:
The Thuringian State Office for Agriculture and Rural Areas is part of the Thuringian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Rural Areas and acts as the higher agricultural authority, higher horticultural authority and higher state authority for the development of rural areas with around 800 committed and qualified employees.
Division 52 is responsible within the EU EAGF/ELER Paying Agency for fundamental issues relating to area and animal-related payments, the cross-compliance/conditionality control procedure and for providing technical guidance to the authorising and control bodies.
The area of responsibility essentially comprises:
- Providing technical guidance, training, advice and monitoring to units 54 to 57 on the procedure for granting aid from the Thuringian Cultural Landscape Management Programme (KULAP)
- Interpreting and implementing technical specifications from European and national legislation to create the technical programme implementation in the specialist software used for the paying agency procedure, including operational helpdesk error management
- Creating evaluations, Reports and statistics
- Preparation of working materials, forms and protocols
- Preparation of statements on findings of the audit authorities
- Preparation of statements on draft legislation
Your requirements profile:
- Completed university degree (FH diploma or bachelor's degree) in agricultural sciences or comparable subject areas
- Car driving licence (class B)
- For applicants whose native language is not German: German language skills at least at level B2 (CEFR), proof required
In addition, desirable are:
- In-depth specialist knowledge of the KULAP administrative procedure
- Experience in the preparation and implementation of training events

Important information about your application:

The remuneration of employees covered by collective agreements is in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L) if the personal requirements are met according to pay group 10 TV-L. The working time is 40 hours per week. Taking into account the requirements of the job, the position is also suitable for part-time employment.
