The town of Arnstein in the Main-Spessart district has around 1650 hectares of forest to manage and maintain. Forester (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

- Carrying out all forestry work in the municipal forest, including the

- Use of machinery with the

- Use of the forestry machinery with the

- Hardwood felling and sorting, planting, fence construction and cultivation
- Safety felling in the city forest and in the city area
- Young stand maintenance as a specialist
- Implementation of traffic safety and forest protection measures
- Forest road maintenance
- Implementation of nature conservation and landscape conservation measures
- Activities in green space management as well as nature and landscape conservation

We expect:

- Completed training as a forest manager:in (m/f/d)
- Driving licence class B is mandatory
- Driving licence class T or even C/CE would be desirable
- Professional experience is an advantage but newcomers are also welcome
- Reliability and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
- Interest in silviculture, high organisational talent and interest in nature conservation issues

We offer:

- An employment contract initially limited to two years in full-time (39 hrs.
