We offer trainee positions with flexible starting times and rotations in the varied agricultural trade! The programme can take place at various locations and is not necessarily tied to the headquarters in Ringelheim.

The family-run Wilhelm Fromme Landhandel has a company history of more than 245 years and is a market-leading agricultural trader in the core regions of Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. We are convinced of the great importance of our local agricultural producers and provide them with reliable support in all matters relating to the purchase of operating resources and the marketing of their agricultural produce. To this end, we are expanding into new business areas that are not only in the agricultural sector.

This is what the trainee programme could look like:
- Rotations throughout the company (various locations and departments), based on your interests and strengths, with these possible focal points:
- CEO Office (how is an agricultural trade managed and developed?)
- Cereals / oilseeds (how is the recording up to export handled?)
- Operating resources (how are strategic purchasing, processing and trading carried out?)
- Sales (how does the sales department support our business partners in all matters?)
- ...
