Trees will still need care tomorrow - and well-trained specialists will always be needed.

We offer you the opportunity to train as a specialist in tree care within two years. The aim of the training is to become a European Tree Worker (ETW) - a standardised qualification in professional tree care that is recognised throughout Europe. With us, you will learn everything you need to know to work safely and responsibly with trees step by step - with practical experience, individual support and in a family-run company.

As part of the training, you will gain knowledge of tree care using rope climbing techniques and the aerial work platform. You will also learn how to use many interesting machines, e.g. tractors, crane lorries, excavators, wheel loaders, root cutters, winches and much more.

The training includes, among other things a.:

- AS Tree I: Chainsaw training course, dangerous tree work
- AS Tree II: Chainsaw use in the lifting work basket
- RAS: Traffic safety on construction sites
- SKT A: Introduction to climbing
- SKT B: Advanced course for handling the chainsaw, for difficult work such as felling and abseiling techniques
- ETW: European Tree Worker, anatomy and physiology of the tree, tree and soil, tree species and quality, tree diseases and tree damage, planting, felling, crown pruning and crown protection, occupational health and safety, construction site safety, tree protection
- Machine knowledge: scope and care of machines and tools, repair work
- Hedge and fruit tree pruning
- Tree planting
- Depending on individual agreements: Driving licence up to category CE
