Our small farm is run as a community farm and stands for sustainable cultivation, community and regional supply. We attach great importance to organic farming and the preservation of biodiversity. Our members and we work closely together as a team to produce fresh, healthy food and promote a strong community.

Your tasks:

- Growing, tending and harvesting vegetables/herbs
- Planning and organising the growing season
- Maintaining the greenhouses and outdoor areas

Your profile:

- Completed training as a gardener or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in vegetable cultivation and/or horticulture
- Sound knowledge of organic cultivation methods
- Enjoy working outdoors and physical commitment
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy dealing with people
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
- Interest in solidarity agriculture
