Group Leader BBB (m/f/d) Gardening and Landscaping Specialist

Your profile

- Completed training as a gardener or a comparable profession
- Manual skills
- Experience in working with people with disabilities
- Qualification as a specialist for labour and vocational promotion an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office desirable
- Ability to work in a team, Flexibility, Ability to work under pressure
- ability to work independently

- high customer and service orientation
- driving licence class B

Your most important tasks include

- supporting and accompanying people with disabilities to participate in working life and enabling their integration into working life
- contact and cooperation with service providers, Authorities, offices, parents, carers and guardians
- Maintenance, servicing and care of tools, machines, materials, etc.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
- Organising the workplace and coordinating processes
- Caring for, instructing and supporting workshop employees in personal hygiene
- Acquiring and applying knowledge such as QMS, regulations, laws, accident prevention regulations, occupational safety, etc.
