All VFG facilities provide help for homeless people, the unemployed, ex-prisoners, addicts and children of addicted parents. For our VFG contact café, we are looking for part-time

employees (m/f/d) for service and support from 01 September 2026

Our contact café is aimed at drug addicts in particular social difficulties. It is a place where homeless and addicted people, primarily drug addicts, can come to warm up, chat, have breakfast and a hot meal. The main task is to motivate people to make use of social work and medical help.

Your area of responsibility includes:

- Being the contact person for people staying at the contact café
- Identifying the need for help and referring them to further social work and medical help services in the building
- Providing food for those seeking help, being the contact person for all volunteers
- Performing a supervisory function in the Quantiusstraße care centre
- Cleaning work in the contact café

- An appreciative attitude towards homeless and addicted people
- A calm and patient, yet assertive demeanour
- Time flexibility
- Class B driving licence
