Job description:

We are a family-run agricultural business with approx. 190 ha (only arable farming, no animal husbandry) near Salzgitter 38239 and are looking for a skilled worker (m/f/d) for the following tasks in arable farming:

- Soil cultivation
- Transport
- Fertilisation and plant protection
- Sowing
- Harvesting.

The work is carried out with modern agricultural machinery. A class B driving licence is required and a certificate of competence in plant protection is desirable. In addition to working in arable farming, knowledge of the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery (or experience with other technology) is essential. Year-round employment is also possible in the areas of building repairs and maintenance, as we have a large property portfolio in addition to arable farming, which requires ongoing renovation / construction work. This requires a certain degree of manual dexterity.
For mechanics/tradesmen (m/f/d), a lateral entry is possible, with appropriate training.
