As a site manager, you will be responsible for the overall project and the main contact person for the respective construction site. You will monitor construction times, check offers and award contracts. You solve construction issues and manage the construction project in accordance with public law requirements. You keep an eye on costs and document the construction process.

Your tasks:

- Responsibility for the overall project and main contact person for the respective construction site
- Monitoring construction times
- Checking offers and awarding contracts

- Cost control by checking the service invoices
- Documentation of the construction process

Your profile:

- Landscape gardener, technician in landscape gardening or similar would be an advantage
- Professional experience as a site manager or project manager, construction supervisor for new construction projects or complete renovations would be desirable
- High level of self-organisation and personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Good knowledge of German
