Job description
As a cook (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the entire kitchen area in collaboration with the family.
In addition to the à la carte business and buffets, you will be responsible for preparation work, stock levels and HACCP standards. Working independently and with foresight is a matter of course for you. You will also have no problem instructing and leading the kitchen assistants. You contribute new ideas for further development. When designing the menu, you keep an eye on the cost of goods. You are characterised by reliability, care and accuracy, motivation and a high level of commitment.
You can expect a family-run business with performance-related pay.
