From 01.09.2026 we are looking for an instructor to support our pedagogical team in the field of home economics:

Your area of responsibility:

- Training young people with learning and mental disabilities in initial vocational training measures - home economics trainees; home economists, personal services trainees
- Developing the factual and temporal structure of the training programme (company training plan) and transfer plans
- Regularly assessing trainees and conducting assessment interviews
- Creating instruction media and training place descriptions

You will bring:

- A vocational qualification as a master craftsperson in home economics or home economics manager
- An additional rehabilitation-specific qualification totalling 320 teaching hours is desirable but not mandatory
- Experience in dealing with young people in general and with disadvantaged target groups in particular
- Pedagogical aptitude
- Verbal expression
- High level of social competence
- Willingness, to inform yourself about relevant professional, (special) educational and rehabilitation-specific developments and to further educate yourself on your own responsibility
